We came across this sales agreement template, courtesy of YCombinator, and thought to share it. As a startup, when you start making your first sales and doing deals with customers, it is important to have adequate sales agreements in place, to protect yourself should things go wrong during the process of working with your customers.

This template has been made specifically for Software as a Service (SAAS) companies, however you could tailor it to meet your specific requirements, if you're in a different industry.
